How To Order

A step by step guide to ordering and taking delivery of a new car

How to order your new scheme vehicle

Step 1 - Register to view the choice list.

To choose your new scheme vehicle, register on this website to view the latest choice list.

Step 2 - Complete an order form

Once you have chosen your desired vehicle, you will be able to request a quotation by downloading the order form below and sending a copy to your Scheme Co-ordinator.

The Order Form can be found here:

Step 3 - Approve quote and sign documentation

Once you are happy with the quote produced, inform your Scheme Co-ordinator. They will then request a Credit Sale Agreement (CSA) to be generated. In most cases, you will receive an email with a link to the website and instructions for signing your agreement electronically, as well as an SMS with a unique PIN which you will be required to enter into the agreement.

A guide to electronically signing your agreement can be found here:

In the event that we do not hold a valid e-mail address and/or mobile number, your agreement will be sent out in the post to the corresponding address that we have on file for you.

Please take the time to read it and, if you are satisfied with the conditions and want to proceed, follow the on screen instructions to “sign” the document and submit the following:

  • Credit Sale Agreement – Follow the Electronic Signatures Guide for full instructions for signing your agreement. You will need to confirm your name and enter the PIN sent to your mobile phone.
  • Payroll Instruction Form – At the same time, you will electronically sign your Payroll Instruction Form (PIF), this gives authorisation to your employer to take all scheme related payments from your net pay.

Step 4 - Vehicle order

After you have signed your Credit Sale Agreement, Car Benefit Car Schemes will execute (counter-sign) the agreement and will provide you with a copy. You should retain the additional copy documents for your future reference. Car Benefit Car Schemes will then order your vehicle through your Scheme Co-ordinator.

Please note: Under the Consumer Credit Act (1974) you will have 14 days from the day after the date the agreement is made to withdraw from your agreement. Please refer to your agreement for more information.

Step 5 - Your new car is delivered

CBS will contact you to communicate a date and time for collection of your new car. On the day you collect your vehicle, please take the time to familiarise yourself with the vehicle's controls and operating instructions, as described in the handbook. Before you drive away, be sure to ask any questions you might have to the dealer representative.

You will be asked to sign a condition report confirming that the vehicle is in an acceptable condition. It's important that you take the time to check that everything is as you would expect in a new vehicle. Subsequent claims will be rejected if any faults have not been noted at the point of handover.

Your first repayment on your new scheme vehicle will take place on the day you are paid, in the month after your vehicle is delivered.
